What should I do if I lose my ProPay Prepaid Mastercard?

If your ProPay Prepaid Mastercard is missing or stolen, you need to report it immediately. To do that log into your Wayroo Application:

  1. Go to Settings from the navigation pane.
  2. Click ProPay Card to view options related to managing your ProPay Mastercard.
  3. Select Report Lost or Stolen Card. 
    • Follow the steps necessary to report your card lost or stolen. 

Note: The sooner the card is reported the better. Authorized use of your card means use by yourself or anyone to whom you give actual, implied, or apparent authority.
