Custom Collections in the Paparazzi Premiere app are your key to showcasing inventory in a creative, organized, and impactful way. Whether you’re highlighting seasonal favorites, bestsellers, or themed items, Custom Collections make online shopping seamless and engaging for your customers.

What Are Custom Collections?
Custom Collections allow you to group related items together in your Online Store. These collections make it easier for your customers to browse and find the perfect pieces, whether they’re looking for a themed set or your latest must-haves. Additionally, you can create exclusive VIP collections for targeted promotions.

How to Create a Custom Collection

Follow these steps to create a Custom Collection from your app or in the Online Portal:

Step 1: Access Collections

  • Navigate to the “Inventory” section.
  • Select “Collections.”

Step 2: Select “Create Collection”

Step 3: Name Your Collection

Step 4: Set Visibility

  • Use the ‘Enabled’ toggle to set it as active and visible in your Online Store during the set timeframe. If disabled, it stays hidden until re-enabled.

Step 5: Schedule (Optional)

  • Planning a sale or event? Set specific start and end dates and times for your collection.

Step 6: Create VIP Access (Optional)

  • For exclusive collections, generate private links and share them directly with select customers.

      Any items included in a VIP collection will be invisible to the rest of your store. 

Step 7: Add Items

  • Select the items you want to include in the collection.
  • Once finalized, click “Save.”

Collections in Your Online Store

Here’s how your Custom Collections will appear in your Online Store:

  • Category Navigation – If you have collections created and enabled, customers can browse collections from the top navigation (desktop) or the main menu (mobile).
  • Exclusive VIP Collections – If you’ve created a VIP collection with a private link, only those you’ve shared the link with will be able to view and shop the exclusive selection.

By leveraging Custom Collections, you can create a more engaging and personalized shopping experience, helping customers find what they love while making your Online Store feel more organized and intentional.

FAQ

Q: Can you add the same item to more than one collection?  
A: Yes, you can! The same item can be in as many collections as you want. The item will also still be searchable and filterable on your site.

Q: Can you add an item to more than one VIP collection?
A: Yes, you can! The item will be hidden from the rest of your store and only accessible through the VIP links.

Q: Do I have to schedule an end date for my collection?
A: Nope!
Any collection without a scheduled end date will remain enabled in your Online Store until you manually add an end date, disable the collection or delete the collection.
