Personal Information does not include aggregated or anonymized information from which no individual natural person can be identified (” Aggregated Data “). We use Aggregated Data to analyze consumer behavior and trends, to improve and enhance our Services and to create and develop new diagnostic tools and features with our Services. Retail Success shall own all rights, title and interest in its Aggregated Data.

With whom do we share Personal Information?

How do we use cookies or other information collection technology?

Do Not Track Signals

Our Websites do not respond to Do Not Track signals in browsers because the standard and adoption of such signals is not uniform or sufficiently prevalent.

In accordance with COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
