How do I change the contact information on my invoices and storefront?
You’re online storefront and invoices can display different contact information than your business information where your Direct Sales company would contact you. If you want to change the contact information that appears on your invoices or online storefront, follow these steps.
- Log into your backoffice
- Click My Profile
- Click Store Contact Info
- Contact Information: Your store must display either a phone number or an email address. You may choose to display both. If you want to display both phone number and email address, click Show on both
- Address Information: Your store must display a complete address. This can be a P.O. Box even if you cannot have your wholesale orders shipped to your P.O. Box. This allows your customers to have an address where they can send returns.
Changing the information here will not change your business contact information with your Direct Sales company. If this information needs to be updated please follow the steps according to your Direct Sales company.
