Reports

Wayroo provides various reports to help manage your business.

  1. To view reports go to Reports from the navigation pane.

  1. Sales Summary will display under Payouts & Sales.
    • The report data can be filtered by month or by year.
  2. A variety of ProPay reports will display under Credit Card.
    • Transaction Report
      • View transactions made with your ProPay card for a specific time range.
      • View funds transferred to/from your Debit Card or Bank Account.
    • Search Transactions
      • View specific transactions made with your ProPay card based on time range and search criteria.
      • View funds transferred to/from your Debit Card or Bank Account.
    • Consolidated Fees Report
      • View all fees associated with your ProPay account based on time search criteria.
    • Limits, Rates, and Fees
      • Review information about limits, rates, and fees associated with your ProPay account.
    • Chargeback & Retrieval Requests
      • Review outstanding chargeback and risk retrievals associated with your ProPay account.

Tip: These reports can assist you with questions about transactions made with your ProPay prepaid card and transactions of customer payments on completed orders. All of this data will be combined by date.
