Reports

Wayroo provides various reports to help manage your business.

To view reports go to Reports from the navigation pane.

  • Sales Summary will display under Payouts & Sales.
    • The report data can be filtered by month or by year.
  • A variety of ProPay reports will display under Credit Card.
    • Transaction Report
      This report provides history of ALL activity on your ProPay account:
      • Sales history (customer credit / debit card payments on orders)
      • Refunds issued to a customer’s card for a return
      • Transactions made with your ProPay Prepaid Mastercard
      • Transfers to your bank account or debit card.
    • Search Transactions
      • This report allows you to search the information in your Transaction Report by date and transaction type to narrow the search results.
    • Consolidated Fees Report
      • View all fees associated with your ProPay account based on time search criteria.
    • Limits, Rates, and Fees
      • Review information about limits, rates, and fees associated with your ProPay account.
    • Chargeback & Retrieval Requests
      • Review outstanding chargeback and risk retrievals associated with your ProPay account.

💡 Tip: These reports can assist you with questions about transactions made with your ProPay prepaid card and transactions of customer payments on completed orders. All of this data will be combined by date.
