Sales Reporting

The Sales Report gives you a detailed, flexible view of your sales performance so you can understand what’s selling, how it’s selling, and where your revenue is coming from. Use filters, grouping, and customizable columns to analyze your data at a high level—or drill all the way down to individual orders.

Date Range & Timeline Selector

At the top of the report, use the timeline or custom date range selector to choose the period you want to analyze.

  • Select a preset range (ex: Today, Last 7 Days, This Month)
  • Or set a custom date range

Your selection automatically updates:

  • All widgets
  • The data grid

Summary Widgets

The widgets at the top of the Sales Report roll up key order-related KPIs.

  • Great for quick insights before diving into the detailed grid below
  • Metrics update dynamically based on your selected timeline

Group By Controls

Use Group By controls to organize and aggregate your data.

  • Group results by product type, origin, transaction type, or day
  • Grouping adds a “Group” column to the grid automatically
  • Each group includes a total row with rolled-up values

Groups are:

  • Collapsed by default
  • Expandable using the chevron icon

Exporting Your Data

Click the Export button to download your report:

  • Export to CSV or Excel
  • Respects your selected date range, grouping, and visible columns

Perfect for sharing, forecasting, or offline analysis.

Note: Only the rows that have been loaded in the table will be included in your export. By default, up to 100 rows of data are loaded at a time. To make sure all rows in your table are exported, scroll to the bottom of your report to load all rows. See below for how this applies to grouped data.

Exporting Grouped Data

  • Group total rows export by default
  • To include the individual rows within a group, expand the group in the table before exporting
  • Any expanded rows will be included in your CSV or Excel file

This gives you full control over how detailed your export is—high-level summaries or order-level data.

Total Rows (When Grouped)

When you use Group By, the first row within each group is a total row. It appears in bold text so it’s easy to spot and shows rolled-up totals for everything in that group—no need to expand individual rows to see high-level results.

Note: As mentioned before, to include the individual rows within a group, expand the group in the table before exporting.

Totals shown in all grouping options:

  • Quantity – Total units included in transactions for the selected time range, including Sales, Giveaways, and Rewards
  • Sales $ – Total sales amount
  • Cost $ – Total cost

Additional total shown when grouped by Product Type:

  • % of Total – Each product type’s share of total sales for the selected time range
