ProPay Overview

ProPay, the official payments partner and merchant account provider for Wayroo, provides a reliable and secure platform for processing sales and managing funds. ProPay allows you to process credit and debit cards in a simple, safe and affordable manner. This overview will guide you through the key aspects of using ProPay, including when to seek support, understanding spending limits, transfer times, and the various fees associated with your account. With this information, you’ll be well-equipped to maximize the benefits of your ProPay account.

The Wayroo Client Solutions Team should be the first point of contact for all questions regarding ProPay (phone: 913.428.1199 | email: solutions@wayroo.com), with the exception of two scenarios:
- When there is fraudulent activity on your ProPay Prepaid Mastercard
- When the one-time setup fee of $7.50 is declined during initial onboarding. You will receive an email from Wayroo instructing you to call ProPay.
If you find yourself in either of these scenarios, contact ProPay Customer Service.

Limits, Rates, and Fees
To find information regarding limits for spending, banks transfers and ATM withdrawals, navigate to Reports from the app’s main menu. Once in Reports, tap Limits, Rates, and Fees. Here, you will find the following ProPay information:
- Transfer limits
- Processing fees
- Account fees (no annual fee!)
- ATM fees
- Miscellaneous fees
- Incidental fees
