How Can We Help?
Your Business Dashboard
The Dashboard is your business command center—designed to help you make informed, real-time decisions by pulling your key metrics into one central location. Whether you’re tracking daily orders or reviewing your monthly sales progress, the Dashboard keeps your business activity visible and actionable—all in one place.
The widgets found on your Dashboard is designed to give you specific insights you can act on. Here’s how each of them works, and how you can use them to stay informed, take action, and make smarter business decisions.
Timeline
Located at the top of your dashboard, the Timeline picker controls the time range for the data displayed across your dashboard. Filter your data by:
- All
- Today / Yesterday
- This Week / Last Week
- This Month / Last Month
- This Year / Last Year
- Fiscal Year / Last Fiscal Year
- or a custom date range
When you update the selected timeframe, the Sales, Orders, and Customers widgets automatically adjust to reflect the selected period. Use this filter to analyze short-term trends or evaluate longer-term performance, depending on what you’re looking to track.
Note: To ensure your dashboard metrics and reports align with the fiscal timeline for your business, be sure to specify the day your business week begins, and the month your fiscal year begins.
🗓️ Set the start of your business week:
- Go to Settings
- Select Time Zone & Calendar
- Next to ‘Business Week Starts On’, choose the day of the week your business week begins.=
- Save your changes
🗓️ Set your fiscal year:
- Go to Settings
- Select Time Zone & Calendar
- Next to ‘Fiscal Year Starts On’, choose the month your fiscal year begins
- Save your changes
These can be adjusted at any time if your business calendar changes.
Sales
The Sales Goal widget helps you track progress toward your personal selling goals. Whether you’re aiming for a daily sales milestone or working toward a yearly revenue target, this widget keeps you focused.
🎯 Set your sales goal:
- Use the Set Goal button
(If editing, use the three dots in the upper-right corner of the Sales widget and select Edit Sales Goal) - Choose your goal type: by dollar amount or by piece count
- Select your goal timeline: daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly
- Enter your goal value and save
The progress shown on your dashboard will adjust based on the timeline you select at the top of the page.
For example, if your goal is set to $100 per week and you select “This Month” in the Timeline Picker, your goal will automatically scale to $400 for the month. If you’ve sold $70 so far, your progress would display as $70 out of $400 (17.5%).
This allows you to see your progress relative to broader timelines without adjusting your original goal.
Orders
The Orders widget gives you a live snapshot of your order activity, including a breakdown of all orders by status within the selected timeline. Total Orders reflects the sum of all open, invoiced, paid, and completed orders—minus any returned pieces. Expired and cancelled invoices are not included in the total.
Customers
Your Customer Activity section includes three cards—each offering a quick snapshot of your customer behavior during the selected timeline.
New Customers
This card highlights customers who completed their first-ever purchase within the timeline selected at the top of your dashboard. Customers are ranked by total spend, factoring in any refunds or returns.
Knowing who your new customers are is more than just a nice stat—it’s a valuable opportunity to build loyalty right from the start. Turning a first-time shopper into a repeat customer often comes down to timely follow-up. Use this card to prioritize your outreach and take action—not just observe.
Top Customers
This card displays your highest-spending customers during the selected period. Like the new customer card, this list is sorted by total spend and adjusted for any refunds or returns. Use this list to reward loyalty and prioritize your best customers. The better you understand and engage with your most loyal buyers, the more likely they are to stick around and keep coming back.
Top Offenders
This view helps you identify customers with the highest number of unpaid invoices within the selected timeline. This card helps you flag patterns of non-payment and take appropriate next steps. Customers are ranked by expiration rate (expired orders ÷ total orders).
- ⏱️ Expired Orders = invoices that expired due to non-payment
- ✅ Total Orders = total paid or completed orders (refunds and returns excluded)
Your dashboard simplifies the business of selling. It brings together your most important performance indicators in one easy-to-navigate space. Whether you’re checking progress toward a weekly goal or spotting long-term trends, the dashboard helps you focus on what matters most!
