What’s Included in This Update

Resend Orders to ShippingEasy
You can now resend orders to ShippingEasy directly from the order details screen. If a paid order with shipping wasn’t sent automatically (for example, due to a temporary connection issue) simply use the Send/Resend button to ensure it’s successfully delivered to your ShippingEasy account.

Performance Improvements & Bug Fixes
We’ve implemented general bug fixes and performance enhancements to improve reliability and overall platform performance.

‘My Funds’ Dashboard Widget

Quickly view your ProPay merchant account balance right from your dashboard!

→   You’re in control of who sees this information. If you’d prefer the My Funds widget not appear on your dashboard at all, you can disable it anytime in your Dashboard Settings.

→   If you keep it enabled, visibility is limited to Primary Owners and Owners. You can also manage users & permissions to ensure only the right people have access.

Users & Permissions

You can now add up to 2 additional users to your store and assign roles based on how they help you run your business:

• Primary Owner (you) – Full access to everything

• Owner – Full access except managing users

• Admin – Full access except viewing and managing funds and users

• Associate – Manage inventory, process sales, and issue refunds

Heads up: For the best experience, we recommend adding and managing users through the Online Portal.

Social Sign-in Options

You can now sign in with one click using your Google, Facebook or Apple account!

Important details to know:

• The email associated with your social account must match your email associated with Paparazzi Premiere.

  • Primary Owners: must match your Paparazzi Back Office email

  • Invited Users: must match the email used to log into Paparazzi Premiere

• Invited users must create their account before using social sign-in.

• New Feature: Invoice Grace Period
  With the new grace period option, you can now give your customers extra time to pay their invoices before they automatically move to “Expired.” This means less manual work for you and more flexibility for them! If no grace period is set, invoices will still expire on the due date.
• New Dashboard Widget: Quick Links

  This widget includes two QR codes that can be scanned or shared:

  • “Shop With Me” takes customers to your Online Store, and

  • “Join My Team” allows customers to sign up as consultants with you as their sponsor!

• ShippingEasy Update
  When combining multiple orders into one shipment, all customer notes will now carry over—so nothing gets lost! Each note is separated by a vertical bar for easy viewing (for example: Note 1 | Note 2 | Note 3).
• Bug Fixes & Other Improvements
  This release also includes behind-the-scenes updates to improve overall performance and stability.
