We are having intermittent issues with Mastercard ppmc debits. We have engaged MasterCard and are working to resolve.
ProPay has resolved internal issue and is operational on Paparazzi Premiere.
ProPay informed our team that they are currently addressing a decline issue for ProPay Mastercard (Pink Card) users when making payments or ATM withdrawals. Their teams are assessing the extent of the issue and will provide an update shortly. This affects ProPay cardholders only, with no impact to processing accepting payments otherwise.
Some ProPay Mastercard (Pink Card) users may experience declined transactions when making payments or ATM withdrawals.
