Shipping Easy Integration Setup

New ShippingEasy Account

When setting up a new ShippingEasy account, you will be directed to start adding orders by integrating a store. To begin the store integration process, select the Orders tab and click on the Import from Store button.

Next, you will fill in your store’s credentials. Select your store from the drop-down menu under Store Platform. On the next screen, you can fill in the settings you want ShippingEasy to use for this store: name, address, etc.  Complete this information, and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Add Orders.

Complete Setup in Wayroo

Complete your store integration by adding your store’s credentials. Open your Wayroo iOS app and select Settings from the hamburger icon in the top left of the mobile iOS app. Click the Add button to the right of ShippingEasy under the Add On section.

Enter API’s

Back in ShippingEasy navigate to the Stores and Orders page via the Settings tab on the blue navigation bar. Locate the Store API Key. Click the copy icon next to the Store API Key and paste it in the API Store Key field in your Wayroo iOS app. 

In ShippingEasy, click the Settings tab again and select API Credentials. Click the copy icon next to the API Key and paste it in the API Key field in your Wayroo iOS app. Still in the API Credentials page, click the copy icon next to the API Secret and paste it in the API Secret field in your Wayroo iOS app. Click Save in the Wayroo iOS app to complete the integration process. 

Do you host events to sell?

Using your ShippingEasy integration will vary depending on whether or not you sell at events.

ShippingEasy Integration Without Events

You can control sending order information over to ShippingEasy. All orders created by customers on your Wayroo album website will automatically send to your ShippingEasy account by default if you have the integration.

Make sure you’ve added the integration in your Wayroo iOS app Settings tab and completed the process through ShippingEasy first. Refer to the setup information above if you haven’t done those steps yet. 

Create a New Order

To create a new order, select Orders from the menu navigation which can be accessed from the hamburger icon in the top left of the mobile iOS app. Click the plus sign in the top right corner of the Orders screen. Then, simply select the customer the order is for. 

Select Shipping

Select the Ship Order toggle and enter in the shipping rates you want to charge your customer. Click Save Order to keep it for later or Check Out to complete the purchase. If the customer decides not to complete the purchase, click Cancel and you will be taken back to the order list view. Clicking Cancel at this point will void the order. When payment is received for an order Wayroo will automatically send your paid order details to ShippingEasy.

ShippingEasy Integration With Events

You can control sending order information over to ShippingEasy at two levels; the entire event or a single order. All orders created by customers on your Wayroo album website will automatically send to your ShippingEasy account by default. 

Make sure you’ve added the integration in your Wayroo iOS app Settings tab and completed the process through ShippingEasy first. Refer to the setup information above if you haven’t done those steps yet.

Add Event

Begin by selecting Events from the menu navigation which can be accessed from the hamburger icon in the top left of the mobile iOS app. Then, click the plus symbol in the upper right hand corner of the screen to create a new event. Add a description to help you identify this specific event and then add the address below.

Select Shipping

Just below Event Settings select the Ship Order toggle to send all orders created under this event over to ShippingEasy by default. Don’t worry your orders won’t ship until you visit your ShippingEasy account to complete the process. Click Save in the upper right hand corner to go to your newly created event.

Create a New Order

Checkout Process
