What information can I change or update in the Settings section?

The Account Settings area will allow you to change or update the following:

  • Account
    • Your Name
    • Your Email
    • Store Phone Number

How can I change my password?

To change your password, open and sign in to Wayroo Application, then follow the steps below:

  1. Using the main menu select ‘Settings’
  2. Select ‘Change’ next to the label ‘Password’
    • This will open the Login screen
  3. Select the “Forgot your password?” link
  4. Enter the email associated with the Wayroo account in the email box
  5. Select the “Send Email” button
  6. Check the email account for the password reset email
    • If it is not in the inbox, check SPAM folders
  7. Reset the password associated with the email by selectin gthe “Reset My Password” link in the email
  8. A password reset web page will be displayed
  9. Enter the new password in the “New Password” box
  10. Enter the new password in the “Confirm New Password” box
  11. Select the “Reset Password” button
  12. Check the email account for the confirmation email
    • If it is not in the inbox, check SPAM folders

How can I change the checking account stored in my profile?

To change the account information provided to the Wayroo application, log in to your Wayroo application and use the Main Menu to navigate to the ‘Settings’ Screen, then select ‘Bank Accounts’

From there, select if you want to ‘Update Checking Account’. Provide the updated financial account information for the account.

For security reasons, you may update the account information a maximum of twice every 90 days. 

How do I Buy a Card Reader?

You will have the option to purchase a card reader when you set up the Wayroo application.

If you need to purchase a card reader outside of that time,  log in to your Wayroo application and use the Main Menu to navigate to the ‘Settings’ Screen, then select ‘Purchase a Card Reader’ you will find the number to call and purchase a card reader for your account here 1 (866) 573-0951 .
