How do I transfer funds from my ProPay account to my bank account or personal Debit Card?
When you log in to your Wayroo application, use the main menu to navigate to the ‘Manage Funds’ Screen. This screen will show the amount available for you to transfer to your bank account or Debit Card.
You may transfer up to the amount of your available balance to your checking account or Debit Card (less the ACH transfer fee) by using the Transfer Funds menu option:
To Debit Card
- In the ‘Manage Funds’ select the ‘Instant Transfer to Debit Card’ option
- Enter Destination Card Details
- Click the ‘Submit’ button
To Bank Account
- In the ‘Manage Funds’ select the ‘Transfer Funds to Bank Account’ option
- Enter Banking information
- In the ‘Amount to Transfer’ field enter the amount that you would like to transfer
- Click the ‘Review’ Button
- If the transfer information is correct press the “Submit” button
There is a fee to transfer funds from your ProPay account to a bank account. Please log in to your Wayroo application and use the Main Menu to navigate to the ‘Reports’ Screen, then select ‘Limits, Rates, and Fees’ to view applied fees and limits.
Be sure that your checking account and routing numbers are correct. If the transfer is rejected, the funds will return to your account and a returned ACH fee may be charged to your account.
Is it possible to have a check mailed to me?
Wayroo utilizes ProPay as a paperless system for transactions. Transactions are done electronically to provide a seamless experience. However, multiple other methods are offered to electronically transfer or utilize your money.
Can I transfer funds to any checking or savings account I want?
As long as the account is a valid checking or savings account within the U.S. and can accept ACH (electronic check) transactions, funds from your ProPay account should transfer. When starting the transfer process, specify if the account is a ‘Savings’ or ‘Checking’ account.
Personal and business checking accounts are acceptable accounts but check with your bank to make sure they will accept the transfer.
Are automatic payments to my bank account possible?
No. All transfers to your checking account must be initiated by you from within the Wayroo application.
How do I change the financial account information on my Wayroo account?
To change the account information provided to the Wayroo application, log in to your Wayroo application and use the Main Menu to navigate to the ‘Settings’ Screen, then select ‘Bank Accounts’
From there, select if you want to ‘Update Checking Account’ or ‘Update Instant Funding Account’. Provide the updated financial account information for the account.
How long does it take to see my transferred funds?
Log into your Wayroo application and use the Main Menu to navigate to the ‘Reports’ Screen, then select ‘Limits, Rates, and Fees’ to view applied fees and limits. Select the ‘Funding’ tab to see the current duration for processing.
