How do I receive my wholesale Inventory Orders?

Open Orders

  1. Open and Sign in to Wayroo Application
  2. Select the navigation menu in the top left of the screen
  3. Select ‘Receiving’ from the navigation menu
    • By default the ‘Open’ tab of the Wholesale Orders screen is open.
  4. Select the order number for the order received
    • The order number can be found on the Order Complete Summary
    • A list of items in the order can be found on the Order Complete Summary
  5. Receive items from orders that are on hand
    • If all items are on hand, select ‘Receive All’
    • If part of the items are on hand, follow the steps below
      • Select the item to be received from the list
      • Adjust quantity received if needed
      • Select ‘Save’ to add items to the Received items list
        • Select Cancel to back out and return to the Recieve Order screen without receiving the items
  6. Select ‘Save’ to Receive the items in the Received items list

Partially Received Orders

  1. Open and Sign in to Wayroo Application
  2. Select the navigation menu in the top left of the screen
  3. Select ‘Receiving’ from the navigation menu
  4. Select the ‘Partially Received’ Tab on the Wholesale Orders Screen
  5. Select the order number for the order received
    • The order number can be found on the Order Complete Summary
    • A list of items in the order can be found on the Order Complete Summary
  6. Receive items from orders that are on hand
    • If all items are on hand, select ‘Receive All’
    • If part of the items are on hand, follow the steps below
      • Select the item to be received from the list
      • Adjust quantity received if needed
        • If part of the order has been received, the quantity available to receive will be reduced to the amount currently available to receive for the order
      • Select ‘Save’ to add items to the Received items list
        • Select Cancel to back out and return to the Recieve Order screen without receiving the items
  7. Select ‘Save’ to Receive the items in the Received items list

Received Orders

  1. Open and Sign in to Wayroo Application
  2. Select the navigation menu in the top left of the screen
  3. Select ‘Receiving’ from the navigation menu
  4. Select the ‘Received’ Tab on the Wholesale Orders Screen
    • Receiving is disabled
    • Select on the item to view the details and quantity received.
    • Select ‘Cancel’ to return to the Wholesale Receiving screen
