How do I accept Cash/Check Payments?

Check Checkout

  1. Open and Sign in to Wayroo Application
  2. Select the navigation menu in the top left of the screen
  3. Select ‘Orders’ from the navigation menu to access the Orders List
    • Open orders are displayed by default
  4. Filter or Search to find the desired open order if needed
  5. Select an open order to navigate to the order details
  6. Select ‘Pay’ to pay the order
    • Pay will open the Edit order screen
    • Select ‘Pay’ to enter the customer’s payment method now and return to the Order Details Screen
    • Select ‘Pay’ to open the ‘Payment Method’ Screen
    • Select the ‘Check’ button, this will lead to the ‘Address Collection’
    • Verify the customer’s address is correct
      • If it is not correct edit it here
    • Click ‘Save’, this will lead to the ‘Order Summary’
    • Click ‘Proceed’ if everything is correct, this will lead to the ‘Secure Checkout’ screen
      • Verify the check is received.
      • Enter Check number
      • Click ‘Pay with Check’, this will lead to the ‘Payment Complete’ screen
        • A receipt will be sent to the customer
        • The order will move to the completed status
        • Click the :cross_mark: exit icon in the top right to exit the payment workflow
    • Click the back arrow in the top left corner to go back to ‘Payment Methods’
    • Click the :cross_mark: exit icon in the top right to exit the payment workflow

Cash Checkout

  1. Open and Sign in to Wayroo Application
  2. Select the navigation menu in the top left of the screen
  3. Select ‘Orders’ from the navigation menu to access the Orders List
    • Open orders are displayed by default
  4. Filter or Search to find the desired open order if needed
  5. Select an open order to navigate to the order details
  6. Select ‘Pay’ to pay the order
    • Pay will open the Edit order screen
    • Select ‘Pay’ to enter the customer’s payment method now and return to the Order Details Screen
    • Select ‘Pay’ to open the ‘Payment Method’ Screen
    • Select the ‘Cash’ button, this will lead to the ‘Address Collection’
    • Verify the customer’s address is correct
      • If it is not correct edit it here
    • Click ‘Save’, this will lead to the ‘Order Summary’
    • Click ‘Proceed’ if everything is correct, this will lead to the ‘Secure Checkout’ screen
      • Verify the cash is received.
      • Click ‘Pay Cash’, this will lead to the ‘Payment Complete’ screen
        • A receipt will be sent to the customer
        • The order will move to the completed status
