View and Manage Customer Information
The Customers section within your Wayroo iOS app can be accessed from the menu navigation which is found from the hamburger icon in the top left of the mobile iOS app. This stores all of your customer information. Here you will be able to add new customers, edit customer information, and add notes about your customers for yourself.
Adding New Customers
Let’s start with adding new customers. First, you’ll select the Customers button from the home screen to go to your customer list. There, you can click the plus sign in the top right corner to add new customer information to the list. You’ll be prompted to enter details about this customer such as first name, last name, phone number, email, and shipping address.
There will also be a section here where you can add notes about this customer. The information you add could help you remember details about their preferences or specifics to keep the relationship strong. And of course, the customer won’t be able to see these notes.
Simply click Save once you have entered all of the information to add the new customer to your customer list. Once an order is placed, Wayroo will store the customer’s order history information to be viewed here as well.
Edit Customer Information
In addition to new customers, you can make edits to existing customer information or the customer notes you have added at any time. When you are viewing your customer list, you will just need to select the customer that you want to edit or update. Then you’ll be able to view the additional details you have previously entered to edit or add to them by clicking Edit in the top right corner. Click Save again when you are finished making changes to update the customer information in your customer list.
