Customer Notes

View and Manage Customer Information

The Customers section within your Wayroo iOS app can be accessed from the menu navigation which is found from the hamburger icon in the top left of the mobile iOS app. This stores all of your customer information.

Add and Edit Customer Notes

Customer notes can be added when a new customer is entered or any time after that when you edit customer information. When you are viewing your customer list, you will just need to select the customer that you want to edit or update. Then you’ll be able to view the customer details you have previously entered to edit or add to them by clicking Edit in the top right corner.

Notes Visibility

Add the additional notes or information you have to help you remember details about their preferences or specifics to keep the relationship strong. And of course, the customer won’t be able to see these notes. Click Save again when you are finished making changes to update the customer information in your customer list.
