Adding Funds to My Account
How do I add funds to my account?
Once the checking account validation process is completed, you will be able to transfer funds from your Bank account to your ProPay account. When you log in to your Wayroo application, use the main menu to navigate to the ‘Manage Funds’ Screen. Select the option to ‘Add Funds to My ProPay Account’. From there follow the screen prompts to select the correct accounts and amount to be transferred.
How long does it take to see the funds in my account?
When you use the ‘Add Funds to My ProPay’ option the funds should be available in your account within 7-9 business days.
What are the limits for ‘Add Funds to My ProPay’?
Log into your Wayroo application and use the Main Menu to navigate to the ‘Reports’ Screen, then select ‘Limits, Rates, and Fees’ to view applied fees and limits. Select the ‘Limits’ Tab to see your current limits and limits remaining.
